Growing up in the enamel business, Elliot Kingsley Hall worked in the family business known as Kingsley Enamels until 1999 when the business was sold to Moorcroft and renamed Moorcroft Enamels. Elliot became managing director of the enamel division and was the innovative driving force to develop freehand painted boxes and vases. With a dedicated staff of excellent enamel painters, they took enamel painting to new heights. In January 2006, Moorcroft announced they were discontinuing the enamel division. Too young to retire, Elliot turned to the only career he has known and reassembled some of his top painters to create a new range of freehand painted enamels. The new company, aptly named, is Elliot Hall Enamels.
